Hello!

When I look back at my folders of pictures, I realized that there's a few photos that I did not post before.

I think it's around Chinese new year last year. Lol :X

This was when I was still using my previous camera and they have the "beauty shot" mode.

You can see my nose and mouth are like going to blend into my skin. Hahahahahahaha

Now I realized that it isn't that nice actually, it makes the photo kinda blur.

Probably because my skin was pretty bad last year which is why I kept using that mode.

It's the second week of the year and I've been busy with stuff such as,

1. School event, JIVE Fiesta

Busy raising funds, I think I'm a needy student too (Of time -_-)
Had to bake many cakes! 10, 20, 30, 40, 50.......

Need more time!

2. Exams coming up!

Did half of my exams before the holidays and now we're continuing the second half.

Seriously, I have zero motivation to study for it.

It' only the start of the school and year! ( ；´Д｀)

3. School.

Half of my time wasted in school studying and the main reason why I'm busy!

I've received comments from people about the Rainbow Cakes saying that we are selfish and self-centered people because our main objective is to raise as much funds as possible and now we've closed the pre-order even before the actual deadline.

Just to get things cleared up.

To whoever who posted this, please put yourself in our shoes.

We DO NOT have a lot of people and resources to bake the cakes.

We DO NOT have a lot of time to bake the cakes. We are students and we do have schools and exams. We also need to study for it.

You guys do not know how many orders we've gotten.

We've been receiving a lot of orders that we could not cope so we had to stop getting in pre-orders.

Just last night, the girls stayed almost midnight just to bake the cakes.

And we gonna meet up to bake the cakes more frequently after the exams.

We still need to bake it during CNY (3rd day onwards)

Not only for pre-order, we still need to bake it for the actual event.

And also arrange meet-ups with the customers.

ZZZZzzzz

This event is done by our class only.

Other classes are doing other stuff so we could not get people to help us.

So please stop with all your selfish thoughts.

If intend to buy but could not get it you can come down to our booth on 27th at Republic Polytechnic as that will be the final sales.

Although we're only selling by per slices.

I hope everyone could understand what we're going through.

It's 2012 and here's my New Year Resolutions for the year.

Hope that I can fulfill all of them *Crossed Fingers*

1. Drink lots of water everyday (About 8 cups of water)

2. To study hard for every exams (Aim for a 'B' for every modules)

3. Cut down of tidbits and snacks and maintain my weight.
4. Stop being lazy
5. Exercise more
6. Save money!

I had Christmas Celebration together with MMK girls, AR Boys, SOZO staff and friends!

The celebration was a little early though.
It was held on the 23rd as that is the date that most of us are available.

At first everyone was too shy to sing so it was kind of awkward but after that it was alright.
All thanks to the alcohol that made everyone so high. Hahaha

We played games like the "Lobster and Shit", Five-ten and some dice games and made the loser drink.

Jeff was so bad at the Lobster game that he lose to me almost all the time. Haha

It was quite a crazy night because we had some people shouting, some singing and some living in their own worlds LOL.

And thanks to the guys that we're able to finish 4 bottles of alcohol X.X

Such crazy drinkers. Haha.

It was a pity that some of them couldn't make it though. Haha

Hello.

Just as my title said, here's the story:

Few days ago, I was with a friend and we queued in the bus lane at an interchange while waiting for the bus to come.

There's a lot of people at that time I think maybe because many students just ended their lesson.

There's this bus came and it was the bus for the lane in front of us so the people in the lane in front of us as walking to the front to take the bus.

As I was talking to my friend, I didn't notice the surrounding.

So this person in the front lane touched my legs! (I was sitting with my legs putting on the front lane)

Omg. I got really shocked because it's a public area, there's so many people there and the person touched me!

So when I looked to see whose that molester.
Guess what?

It was my classmate. LOL.

I think she called me to say bye but I didn't hear her so she purposely touch me.

And you know what?

I told this story to my other classmates when she was there and she forgot that it was her.

So she was saying "Omg, whose that guy! Seriously so bad!"

And she remembered when I told her.

LOL.

This is so funny. Hahahahahahha

Ok so if some of you got tricked by the title, it was meant to be a joke.

Was back after quite awhile since I last posted.

How's everybody?

I'll start with some random photos that I've yet to post :P

My exams are over at the moment (starting of exams in two weeks time again!) D:

How I wish we have a holiday in between exams!

RP system make it in such a way that we have exams every 5 weeks and the exams stretches as long as 3 weeks so we would only have about 2 weeks in between each exams.

It's pretty tiring to keep studying all the time ):

One bad thing about RP is that for people who are in School of Hospitality, we are required to wear formal attire to school for about minimum of 3 days a week!

The facilitators do random spot checks more often than other schools (in RP).

Yup.
JLPT Exam is next weekend and I've yet to study for it!
Was busy with exams and work.
Seriously hope I could squeeze out some time to study with it *cross fingers*

Anyway the stupid photobucket is giving me problems -_-
My bandwidth keeps exceeding! D:

It's very very tiring working in MMK Cafe as we had to stand for 10 hours and had break time as little as 5-10minutes due to the large amount of customers coming in and not enough meidos!

But overall it was very fun as we get to enjoy while working.

Halloween at USS!

Hello!

Celebrated Halloween on 30th October at Universal Studio Singapore.

I'm not really a fan of horror stuff but it would be interesting to experience something different.

I've never celebrated Halloween before in the past but last year I celebrated it with MMK, AR and SOZO peeps!

Here's 2 pictures where we celebrated Halloween + Jim peh peh's birthday last year!

Before going to USS, my sister told me that it was very scary so I thought it would be REALLY scary till it'd freaked me out but it was quite a disappointment.

Let's start with the pictures before I go to the content!

That day, there were a lot of people, much more than any other days.

I heard from Fel that there were about 9000 people on that day as compare to the other days which was about 7000 people.

We queued for the Haunted House (the scariest one) and got in as a group together with a lot of people.

When we got in, most of the "ghost" were scaring the group in front and went back to hide before coming out again.

So we're like walking though a haunted house with no "ghost".

There's too many people and doesn't make it scary at all.

Every attraction's queue was horribly long but lucky we had express tickets so we didn't need to wait for so long.

Can't really blame them since they need to clear the queue fast as there's people queuing for as long as 2-3 hours!
Crazy!

Hello!

The best time to take photo is in the morning and afternoon where there is natural sunlight!

If you notice, the eyes look nicer because the light cast a reflection on the eyes.

It looks good without contact lens too. (:

Taking photos under natural sunlight makes the color more colorful and vibrant.
One bad thing is that natural sunlight make all your flaws visible so you need to have very good skin if not you see all those pimples/scars/etc showing.
(So for my case, I photoshop it away~ Bye bye scars! (^_^)/~~

Hahahahaha if you notice (it's quite obvious though), my hair has (or is it have?) two different color tones.

The pink tone looks quite nice actually.

I didn't dye it purposely so I can't tell you what color is it because it's the color that fade till the one you see in the picture.

*** I'm talking about compact cameras

Added smokey eye in this photo using burn tool (photoshop)!

When you take photos at night the photos aren't as nice as in the morning.

Don't you think so? Haha

The colors are a little dull and not a colorful.

Recently celebrated Rika's 18th birthday at Marche!

It's been quite a while since I last saw her.
She was quite surprised when all of us where there to celebrate her birthday. Haha

At first she was quite disappointed because none of us wished her on her birthday.

I find that when we graduated from secondary school, everyone have different cliques.
Only when there's birthdays, all of us would gather together.
Or else it might be difficult to get all of us for a gathering since the group is quite large.

Pet Peeves

Hello!

I thought I might do a post on it since there isn't really much content here.

In this post, as mentioned in the title, I'll list out a few of my pet peeves (that I could think of).

You may agree or disagree but it is different for each individuals.

What I'm going to mention is not those that people like to joke about.
(If it's a joke, it's different)

Just in case you're wondering what is a pet peeve.

It is a minor annoyance that an individual identifies as particularly annoying to him or her (in this case it's me) to a greater degree than others may find it.

A simple example would be:

Some people can't stand people who don't wash their hands before they eat.

1. People who lack self confidence
Dislike people who always feel negative about everything. I think it's quite contagious.
I am not someone who is always positive although I may not look like it, but I really can't stand all the negativity because it will make my day feel horrible.

2. People who doesn't reply texts or take extremely long to reply.

(Extremely long is about a few hours, or like more than 30minutes per reply)
It's like when you're looking for someone urgently and he/she doesn't reply ASAP.
Omg, I would feel like plucking all my hairs out. LOL

3. People with Body Odor.
I don't think anyone could stand them.
*Would really appreciate people who wears at least deodorant or perfume/cologne!
Me likey people who wears perfume/cologne ^.^V

4. People who crossed the line

*You get what I mean means you get it, if you don't then too bad. Haha.

5. People who are emotionally unstable.
Can't really stand people who go emo~ all the time.

6. People who only acknowledge others of the same caliber.
Similar to arrogant? Hmm..

7. People with no personal hygiene.
Totally can't stand people who can dig nose in public or sneeze in another person's face.

8. Cockroaches and Lizards

9. Websites that suddenly pops out scary stuff.
(E.g. Scary maze game and other stuffs!)
It seriously freaked me out even if the image is not really that scary.

10. People who sleep beside me in train.
It's so irritating when their heads is always like going to drop on my shoulders

11. Taxi drivers who seriously can't listen.
Like when I ask him to turn right and he freaking turned left?! How is it possible?
Or turning round and round just to get the meter to jump higher and higher.

We hang around town area and was planning to go sing karaoke but Joey couldn't make it since she'd shifted house.

So in the end we went to one nearby our house to sing for a few hours.

Nowadays I keep going to sing with my friends. Haha

It's so fun to sing especially when you have a lot of friends (mixed boys and girls)
It's so fun to sing duet songs.

Oh and also all my friends can really sing very well!

I think I'm one of the lousier one. Hehehehe

By the way the photos are taken awhile ago before I darkened my hair so you see it's pretty light.

Now it's darkened a little.

Recently I've been out all the time and spending money.

but if you're reading my blog using Internet Explorer, Safari or through iPhone, you will realized that actually the blog got cut off a little on the left side.

Haha.

I'm not sure how to fix it because I tried to look it in preview for my template and it's just fine, just that when I go to the actual link then there is the problem. -_-

Omg this is so irritating.

Makeup - Foundation

Hello.

Some people asked me to do a makeup tutorial but I can't really get it done so I'll briefly let you know how I do my makeup and what makeup products I use currently.

I think it'll be a very long post LOL.

I might do a tutorial when I'm free though *crossed fingers* Haha

This might be boring for guys.. Haha

Step 1: Primers (Eye and Face)

Sephora Base Lissante Smoothing Primer

Apply it all over your face evenly!

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer

This is a MUST try product! I'm using the 2nd tube now.

It makes your eye shadow lasting and prevent creasing :D

Apply it to your eyelid using your ring finger.

*Remember to blend well if not it'll be cakey

Step 2: Foundation

Revlon ColorStay Foundation for Oily/Combination Skin in 140 Buff

This controls oil really well, suitable for people with oily skin.

Apply the foundation using a Flat Top brush by Coastal Scents.

*Put the foundation on your hands and use the brush to dip it instead of putting it directly*

I usually only apply it on my T-zone and chin because the coverage is very thick.

Step 3: Concealer

M.A.C Studio Finish Concealer in NC20

Application: Cover any redness on your skin.

I apply this on my scars and breakouts with a concealer brush and blend it.

Hanskin Blemish Cover

Application: I use this to apply it to my dark circles.

The reason why I use different concealers is because there's different tones of concealer to cover different things.

Like Green covers redness on your skin and so on..

You can google it to find out more. :X

Step 4: Powder

You need Power/Loose Powder to set your makeup!
People with dry skin can skip this step.

COVERMARK Moisture Veil LX

Application: Apply it evenly on your face.

For me I use a powder brush and apply a thin layer since the liquid foundation has quite a bit of coverage.

*Ok I just realized that this post might be quite useless because it doesn't really show one how to do it.

But whatever since I've already done it Lol

I'll do a separate post for my eyes as I think it'll be pretty long if I add it here.

So we went for lunch and played at the arcade (we're still young :P) while waiting for Hellven and the other guys.

The event lasted for quite awhile.

UK won the competition. Omg.

They're style is like those Jrock kind. Very nice!

After the event we went for dinner and then for Karaoke!
Everyone sang except Hellven and Andrea *roll eyes* because they don't dare to.

Been quite busy recently because of my exams!

Finally exams are over and these two weeks I've been busy with work!

I'm soooooo on a holiday mood right now that I don't feel like going to school.
If only I could... I would stay at home.

Hello!

I've been sooooo inactive nowadays due to my exams, work and other stuff!

Alright, just an update about what happened recently.
Most of the time when I'm free, I was at home studying for my exams.
I recently joined a dance class with a couple of my friends, lazy to type who. Haha

So now my exams are over and will resume 2 weeks later -.-
Thanks to the stupid calender with so many public holidays that I have exams every month for this semester! D:

Okay, other than that, I was quite unhappy with my current class as there are some people which I was not very happy about.
I'm not sure if they will read my blog but I doubt they would.
And I'm sure they will get to know it through whoever it is.
I don't really care if they have a lot of friends that they can spread their dissatisfaction about me (I assumed) because if you are really very good, people would not care about what bad stuff that others say about you.

I find that they always joke around so much that sometimes it is quite offensive.
Why must they be so childish? If you joke for 1 time it's still okay, but they keep repeating it till I'm quite irritated by it.

What's worst is when you showed them that you feel irritated, they will treat it as a joke and get over with it.

Whatever, I just hope that this semester will pass quickly and I don't want to be in the same class as them for my whole RP life.

I think those people really have nothing to do..

Other than that..

I totally hate people who keep harassing me.
Especially when the person knows where I'm working, he/she will like come and talk to you like some creepy person with those weird eyes.
I just feel like punching him/her.

I also dislike people who keep irritating me, although I won't really show it because I keep laughing all the time but some times people go overboard which I feel like mentally strangle them. LOL

Actually quite a while back ago I've been receiving some formspring question which I don't think it's quite polite for people to ask.
I feel that I need to say theses.. It's not that I'm irritated but I find that the questions are quite redundant since you know I might not even reply them.

Questions like..

1. Can you really sing? >.<
Hello?! I can see from that expression that you think I can't sing although I say I can.
But since I don't even know who the hell post this comment, I don't need to prove it to whoever who post this. Haha.

2. Suck my dick and I'll give you 500 bucks.
Go find someone else okay? It's obvious that I wouldn't even reply to these kind of questions.

3. Are you a virgin?
You care so much for what?

4. Spam questions. (E.g. Random people says: Please feel free to ask me questions)
Can't you find someone else? You don't have friends till you must go find random people and ask them to ask you questions?

5. You just a Japanese wannabe. Get a life.
This is not even a question. -_- I think I'm quite nice to reply to this type of questions. Haha. There is nothing wrong with liking Japanese fashion and makeup and I think I have "more" life than you are to comment on people. Worst still, not even want to let people know who you are. I think you should get a life.

Please don't think that you can just do whatever you want thinking that I'm a good person okay.
Don't judge someone when you don't know who they are.

Another thing which I don't really like is that.. on my Facebook page (there's the banner below)

1. People keep tagging advertisements on my wall.
My wall is not for you to advertise okay? I'll be starting to delete everyone who tags me whatever advertisements.

2. People pasting comments on my wall asking me to vote for them in a contest.
I don't mind if you are my friend but people just keep pasting on my wall when one started to post. I won't mind if you Facebook chat me ask me to vote but PLEASE DON'T FREAKING PASTE ON MY WALL.

And don't ask me to ask other people to vote for you because I'm not so free to do that okay.

3. People asking me to add them.
Do you have "clicking-the-add-as-friend-button" phobia? Can't you just add me instead of asking me to add you. I won't add you unless you are my friend okay.

4. People talking to me as if I'm a close friend of his/her
There's people commenting like "Call me 91234567" or "Hey, wanna hang out?". Am I that close with you?

Okay, one of the most irritating one.
5. Adding me together with a whole bunch of people ask me to vote for you in a contest.
Wtf, this is freaking irritating because when a person reply, I'll receive the message. So if 10 person reply, I get spammed. ZZZZZZ

6. People get pissed off when I don't make friends with them.
LOL this is epic. There's one guy who actually said, "typical Chinese, so unfriendly and rude also, make friends also cannot. This is why I hate Chinese". You freaking racist okay. People can choose not to make friends with you then you KPKB.

Okay, I think I should stop here for now after so many negative comments.

Oh by the way, there are a few people who are quite polite and friendly when asking me questions or anything.

Few months back, I've went for a fortune telling session done by NOT FOR SALE.

They are a group of guys made up of 4 fortune tellers, 1 VJ, 1DJ and an Emcee.

They are quite popular in Japan and they came down to Singapore during AFA X last year ^^

Photoshoot

Hello~!

Just to update about this week.

Nothing much happen during the weekdays, only having lessons everyday for the weekdays.
As for weekend, I went for a photoshoot on Saturday.

Here's 2 photos taken.

The hair was did by one of the hairstylist in a Japanese Salon.

The people there are all Japanese and there's kinda a different feel to it compared to a normal salon. Haha.
Like cool seh~ :X

Ok whatever,
After the photoshoot, I went home and got bored waiting for Jolynn.
So I went to photoshop one of my prom night photo.

Nice nice nice? Hahaha
Okay la, don't say the eyes a little too big because I don't really know how to "bloat" it. :X

I went to met up with Jolynn for Frooooooooolick after that!

As for today, I went out with my parents!
We went to the small small electronic fair to take a look because we've got no where to go.

When we reached there, we realized that it's combined with the food fair.
There's like smoke on one side, and I was thinking of going in or not because my clothes would stink -_-
But in the end I went in for awhile to the electronics side and there's really nothing much.

Beginning of school

Hello!

I think I shall do a post about how's school like after having lesson for about a week now.

So far I think that the worst thing of all is that my block (building) which my class is located at is FREAKING FAR FROM THE ENTRANCE!

I found another alternative, which is to take another bus that stop at the back of my school so it's nearer to my class.

Just in case you guys are not sure where I'm studying, I'm studying in Republic Polytechnic.

Another thing is that, I've completed my Basic 1 Japanese class.

What a sense of accomplishment.

I think it's quite obvious this photo is edited because an old photo can't be so contrasted. Haha

Canon Style Council Introduction

Hello!

Some of you might have noticed that I've been going to different places to try out new things recently.

I'm currently under a Canon project, so I'll introduce myself and let you all know what I'm currently doing.

I'm part of the Canon Style Council together with a few bloggers.

I will be joining events organized by Canon and go around Singapore to try out new experience like attending Fashion shows and etc.

During the events, I'll be using Canon IXUS cameras to capture the new experiences and precious moments as using IXUS Cameras makes all the events and experiences become better.

After attending those events, I'll be blogging about all these experiences in the Canon website.

Batam Trip Early March

Early March, I went on a trip to Batam to find my cousin.

I was supposed to return on Saturday but I came back a day earlier because my cousin said she want to come to Singapore earlier -.-

MMK Event Ended

Hello!

It's been quite a while since I last posted.

MMK Mobile Event @ NEX has ended.

It was fun working for all the 3 days!

For this event, there were a lot more customers than the event held at Liang Court.

For the last day, we had teppanyaki at one of the restaurant in Shokutsu 10 ^^

I did not really take pictures so here's some I've gotten from Shokutsu 10 and MMK Facebook page

Oh here's a video of one of the performance we did.

Today was the first day working at NEX for MMK Mobile Cafe!

It was quite fun but tiring at the same time.

The new meidos are quite enthusiastic and helpful!

Today we managed to sold about 50 MMK mugs!

We're left with around 50 more!

I went to watch with Andrea last week. Hehe.
The movie is very very very very nice.
I would prefer I am Number Four than Red Riding Hood, but both are nice! :P

Yesterday I've just finished watching Kurosagi.
It's quite a nice show! Yamapi is so coool~ Haha
But the ending kinda suck.

Miyu told me that the movie shows the ending so I might go and watch the movie later on.

OH! and there's something I want to say.

The next event will be a little different from others.

For this event, we will be collaborating with The Green Pumpkin Cafe and Shokotsu 10 ^^

For this special event, Shokutsu 10 will be launching a new cake named Doki Doki Pan! A brand new creation specially crafted by the master baker at Shokutsu 10 exclusively for MMK Cafe Mobile event at The Green Pumpkin Cafe. We are happy to announce that we launching a new event called JPlex! JPLex is an experimental event format we are testing out. We are planning more of these mini-events throughout 2011 as we head into AFA at the end of the year.

This event incorporates anime blockbuster movie screening and musical concerts, including related merchandise. For this iteration, Naruto Shippuden: The Lost Tower, Sokyuu no Fafner: Heaven and Earth and Gundam Unicorn Episode 3: The Ghost of Laplace will be screened at the event. To tie it with the Naruto and Sokyuu no Fafner movies, FLOW and angela will be performing at the event.
Tickets for the movie screenings will cost $13 and the concert tickets costs $98. Each concert will be limited to 330 seats per show. For the concerts, there will be a meet and greet session after each concert with the artiste. Attendees who have bought concert merchandise will receive autographs from the artistes. More details will follow soon.

Woah~ Anime screening will be held at Republic Polytechnic!
I think I might be going to catch the Naruto Shippuden Movie 4 :P

Last Field Trip - National Museum of Singapore

When I went over to my cousin's house for Chinese New Year visiting, I saw her hamster and it's super cute TTM!

My cousin said she was always photo ready, which is quite true HAHA.
It's so hard to take the other hamsters because they keep moving around ~.~

FOTD (Face of the day)

Actually my FOTD almost all the same, just that I use different lashes (although it looks the same) and different eyeshadow colors :P

Hehe.
Few days ago I went out with my mum to get some clothes for Chinese New Year.
I went to town and there's sooooooo many people and I didn't get to buy any clothes because it's too squeezy and I don't have the mood to shop for clothes -.-

But whatever~
It's been quite some time since I went out with my mum. (:

These few years I've been quite lazy to shop for clothes since my father's relative are all "toot toot" one and I'm like the extra for wearing so nice and they wear like so normal.
Plus I didn't visit my mother's relative because they're not living in Singapore.

So why should I bother to dress up so nicely? Even if I wear not new clothes they also don't know since I see them once a year. Hehe
But it's new year ): I want to get more clothes but there's so many people doing last minute shopping now (I'm one of them) -.-
Sigh.
