Get Naturally straight with DYNA Argan Oil Treatment!

Hey all!

Getting tired of your bored tangled, untamed curls? Try the DYNA Argan Oil Treatment!
DYNA Treatment uses Argan Oil which helps to prevent your hair from getting damaged by all the chemical and heat products.

Recently I've got tired of waking up early everyday to style my hair and after a month, my hair is really really horrible and tangled :\
Not looking good isn't it?

The good thing about DYNA Argan Oil Treatment is that it gives you naturally straight hair where you can still style your hair as usual by curling unlike the traditional rebonding.

Oh, first I got my roots touched up and tone down my hair color by a little.

After dyeing my hair, Jerry then proceed with the DYNA treatment.
It comes with 3 steps which includes treatment, straightening and back to treatment again.

Jerry did not apply the treatment on the top part of my hair as my hair will be very flat after it's straightened.

Here's a photo after the first treatment. Jerry only applied it for about 15 minutes?
My hair is almost straight even before he used the straightener.

After straightening, it was treatment again.
So... Here's the end product!

I asked Jerry to curl the ends for me to spice up the look a little (:

Here's a before and after comparison!
See the BIG difference?

Here's the front view!
I really love this new look of mine because my hair is so much healthier now!
It feels really smooth and has a healthy shine to it. *\(^-^)/*
 Oh and it's tangled-free too!

Here's another photo of me and my hair in case you've missed me :P

Skin Renewal Treatment at Cellnique! Stand a chance to win SGD80 Cellnique Treatment Voucher!

Hello all!

Some of you would say that I have nice skin or my skin is flawless but actually if you are my friend, you would know that actually my skin can be really bad sometimes with very bad breakouts and sometimes it might look almost flawless but it's covered with makeup.
In pictures, I might look flawless but it's all fake! Because it's not taken by DSLR or super clear cameras that can capture these little details and I don't use flash too. You will believe it after reading below!

Anyway, I was invited by a lady from Cellnique to try out their facial treatment and today I'll be doing a review on it!

Cellnique is originally from Malaysia and they had 3 branches in Singapore that carries the product, which one of the branches (Eros Beauty) is located near my place. Yay ^-^/
It's quite convenient for me because I wouldn't have to take very long to travel to the place and back home with my ugly face after extraction. :P

When I reached the place, I was greeted by two ladies who were at the counter.

One of the lady guided me to the consultation room and examinec my skin condition.
She told me that I had combination skin where my T-zone is more towards the oily skin with huge pores like most Singaporeans because of the hot weather in Singapore.
For me, I'm more concerned with my clogged pores because I've really bad CLOGED PORES! Like bumpy nose that can be seen by naked eyes and the black/whiteheads are really deep into my skin which those really deep ones can't be removed by extraction.

After examining my skin, she recommended me to do a Skin Renewal Treatment because my skin looks a little dull and this treatment will brighten my skin by stimulating cell renewal and also reduce my sebum production to even it out.

I was then guided to the next room for my facial treatment.
The place is relatively small but the ambience is not that bad, with calming music. Quite comfortable for me.

Oh and before I start, here's a before image of my skin after removing my makeup.
No editing was done on my face!
With and without flash!
As you can see, I do have some acne breakout and some freckle-looking dots which is actually scars from my acne breakout previous. You can see most of them on my forehead.

First, I did a 3-in-1 mask which uses fruit enzymes with small beads for exfoliation of dead skin cells and also whitening of my skin. When the mask was being applied, I felt some prickling sensation on my face which they said it was normal. One of the masks has a very pungent smell too! Me-no-like!

After the mask, Jasmine did extraction to remove my black/whiteheads on my nose and some of the problem areas. I would say it didn't hurt that much except for a few areas that are more sensitive but the pain is still bearable.

Lastly, I did this mask above which I think it smells like charcoal and rice.

Here's the after image of my skin!
With and without flash!
You can see my face is a little red because of the extractions.

If you compare the picture (without flash), I would say my face does look a little brighter and not as dull.
Personally, I think that the beautician did a great job in removing my black/whiteheads especially on my nose. After the treatment, my skin felt really soft and smooth. The exfoliation and the mask does help to brighten my face and it's not as dull as before. However, I do not feel any whitening effect on my skin, o
Overall I would say that I am quite satisfied with the treatment because my skin is really super smooth now! Like baby skin (:

Besides that, the staff are really friendly and experienced from what I see because I keep asking them questions about my skin, this and that and they answered it with confidence. Hahaha thumbs up! (:

One of them actually introduced me to use the Skin Action Sebum Gel that has a 10-day money-back guarantee which I bought it to try to see if the black/whiteheads clogging my pores will be totally cleared up because they are really stubborn and deep in my pore! ):
I might do a separate review on it!

Review: NIVEA Body UV Whitening Serum

In case you guys missed me, here's an old photo of me :)
Looking fair! I think this was about 2 years back?

But now I'm not as fair as I was ):
The weather had been torturous for the past few months and I've been getting tanner and tanner.

I was recently sent a new NIVEA Body Whitening Serum to try out.
I've applied for about 2 weeks and now it's time to do a review! Yay ^-^/*

Here's how it looks like.

NIVEA Body Whitening Serum has SPF 25 PA ++ and is the first body whitening serum with sunscreen.
As you know sunscreen protects your skin from the harmful UV rays and prevents your skin from getting sun burnt.

This body serum has a very thin and light texture which is suitable for day use.
It is not thick at all and applies onto my skin easily but I use quite a bit of this product even though it's 200ml.

I don't use it during the day because I don't really like the feeling of having something on my skin. I know it's bad but I feel that if I perspire, I would feel very uncomfortable and therefore I only use this at night to try out.
Good thing that this product is not sticky but it does take some time to be fully absorbed to my skin.

After trying for two weeks, I would say that I've gotten a few shades lighter because my watch tan line is not as obvious as last time. I don't like to get a tan so this is definitely a good product to whiten my skin because I always get unwanted ugly tans like the tee shirt's sleeve tan line or short's tan line.

I think it is especially important to apply some sunscreen before heading out because the weather really suck these days so this product comes in really handy for me. Thumbs up (:

Genting Malaysia!

Hello all!

I was being sponsored by Genting Malaysia for a trip to Genting and visit one of their latest rides there.

Supei was my partner for the trip! ^-^/

We woke up really early that day to meet up at the coach departure area which is really far from our home and took the coach to Genting!
I know I'm kind of swaku here but it's my first time going to Genting :X
Maybe I might have been there in the past when I was really little but I can't remember at all so I assumed that I had never been there before.

We reached there at about noon time to meet up with JQ, our tour guide for the trip and proceed to check-in and unload our heavy bags before proceeding for lunch.

Our room! (:

Lunch was at Bubbles and Bites!

The place looks cosy and has a nice ambience (:

There's lots of delicious food over there!

Many yummy food on the tableeeeee~ *drools* (#^-^#)

Fish and Chips. The fish tasted like green curry fish.

Peri Peri chicken! This is really nice and is quite spicy too.

Baked spaghetti. Taste unique and kind of like fried spaghetti.

Seafood aglio olio! My favourite (:

There was also a wine/sparkling tasting session too but I'm not really a fan of it so I drank only a little.

Had cheese cake and chocolate cake too!
(I'm not a glutton okay, I shared it with the other bloggers too. :X)

After lunch, we took a walk around their Visitor Galleria to know more about Genting and I was shocked to know that First World hotel is the largest hotel in the world with over 6000 rooms!

There was also an overall map of Genting!

After some walk, we're ready to try out the new rides at their theme park, The Waves!

Does it look kiddy to you? I think it does, but actually it's not!
It is really fun watch the people play before we actually got to try it because this thing actually spins really fast! It'll start slow and slowly build up and zoooooom~~~~~!

Here's a video I took!

When I actually got to try the ride, Supei was like literally sliding towards me and the force is so hard that I got squeeeeeeeeezed to one side! I wanted to try it again but the queue was pretty long so I went off. )':

Supei and I then went around to play some of the rides.

AAAHHHHHHH!!!!! This is my favourite! (≧∇≦)/

Dinner time was at Coffee Terrace, a buffet restaurant.
The restaurant serves a lot of different cuisines from Peranakan to Japanese, etc.
Lots of yummy food again!

I don't like the satay! There were a lot of sticks on the satay which I think it is the hair/fur that they did not remove from the animal. D:

Ok I did not eat all of this myself okay, I shared it with Supei ! I'm not a glutton! :X

Some vain time after dinner!

Peace! ^-^V

After dinner, we took a walk nearby and went to the Snow world ! I think it is similar to the one in Singapore (The Snow City) but much bigger and colder than that.

Ready to get in!

The bad side about the Snow World is about the staff over there.
I took the float to play the slide down and the staff at the top kicked my float REALLY HARD that the staff at the bottom could not stopped it on time and I got bruised at my thigh for hitting the corner. -_-lll

We can't take photos inside because phone and camera was not allowed so JQ tried to take a photo from the outside!

It was really cold inside and one of the guy Alan actually called us to play Ice man inside and I was the unlucky one to be the Ice man ):
I kept running, trying to catch them and after awhile I was out of breath! So much for not exercising. Lol
It was really fun but we had to get out after awhile because it is really cooooooooold inside!

After Snow World, we went back to the hotel for some rest for the day.
The next day was a free and easy trip before we went back to Singapore.

Although it was a short trip with long and tiring journey, it was really fun because the other bloggers are really nice and friendly. (:

Last photo before I end this post!

Bye! ^-^
